IMPORTANT! THE FIRST NUMBER ONE THING TO DO IS TO READ ALL OF THE INSTALLATION MANUAL RIGHT TO THE END

Check all parts supplied in the H2 kit before starting assembly in the cold front of the vehicle.

Before any operation on the system read the manual below.

⚙️ Under the hood, where it is more than 50 ° Celsius (122° Fahrenheit), it is recommended to store all electronic devices in a cool place away from the engine where it is over 80 ° C and in summer from the hot hood up to 100 ° C.

☀ We recommend installing in the cargo space of the vehicle only in areas where temperatures do not drop below freezing point. The presence of condensed water in the pipe between the HHO bubbler and the air intake to the engine can lead to its freezing at low temperatures.

Installation Guide for the New Vibration Sensor for the Start-Stop 5-pin Relay:
Select the coolest location on the engine, ideally a spot that doesn't exceed the temperature of the surrounding air and is comparable to human skin temperature.

Potential mounting locations include:
  • Vibrating intake hose
  • Intercooler
  • Electrical cables
  • Support structure
  • Before installing, ensure that the chosen location is not overly hot. Use your hand as a gauge - if the location or the air flow from the engine isn’t too hot to touch, it's suitable for sensor installation.

  • Follow the instructions to mount the sensor at the selected location.
  • Warning: Ensure the sensor’s mounting spot is not exposed to excessive heat or other adverse conditions that might affect its functionality.

Where to fit Smart Relay with water level control?Where to fit Smart Relay with water level control?

Guidelines for Installing Older Versions with the Smart Relay, which includes Water Level Control, WiFi PWM Control, and the Watts Amps LCD Display:

Choose a location that is well-cooled and dry. This will help prevent the system from constantly activating due to unfavorable conditions.

When using the Smart Relay, we advise the following steps:
    • Turn on all vehicle lights.
    • Activate the radio and air conditioning.
    • Monitor the voltage while these are running. Should the voltage drop below 13.3V, it indicates the start-stop system should be engaged.

If needed for optimal placement, you have the flexibility to extend the red fuse and the grey cable.

Optionaly: If you have an LCD for the dashboard with 1-2 m cables it can be connected between the WIFI and the black extension cables for the H2 generator.

By adhering to the above guidelines, you will greatly prolong the lifespan of your equipment and mitigate potential issues related to its operation. We understand the significance of maintaining your equipment's prime condition, and these recommendations are meticulously curated to ensure just that.

How should I adjust the wattage of my HHO system based on my engine size and the type of fuel I use to optimize fuel consumption and reduce emissions?

To optimize fuel consumption, we typically suggest adjusting your HHO system to function at 5-7 watts. For contemporary fuels labeled as Diesel B7+ Eco corn or Petrol E10+, here's our wattage recommendation based on engine size:

    • 1 Liter engines: 25W
    • 2 Liter engines: 35W
    • 3 Liter engines: 45W
    • 4 Liter engines: 55+W

If you're driving older vehicles without DPF or GPF filters and aim to diminish emissions to achieve nearly odorless exhaust, consider a setting of 15-22+ watts. Not only does this help in emission reduction, but it also prolongs intervals between water refills, cutting down on maintenance efforts and elevating the system's user-friendliness.

Modification for experimentation will result in the loss of the ten-year warranty.

Connect water level sensor plugs to smart relay.
And here's a crucial tip: Always make sure to connect the water level sensor plugs to either the engine vibration sensor or older version with the smart relay. If you miss this, your system won't function correctly. Think of it like plugging in headphones – without the connection, you won't hear any sound. So, always double-check this connection!

  • When fitting the generator, it is important to do so carefully and with precision. After positioning the generator in between the grill/mask and cooler, securely fasten it in a vertical position. Once all connections are secured, VERY CAREFULLY SLOWLY close the bonnet/hood to establish the clearance between the hood and hho generator. This process should be done with extreme caution, as sudden movements and jerks can result in damage to parts.

  • Once fitted, it is important to ensure that all components of the generator are operating correctly by testing with a built-in 4-in-1 LCD ammeter blue LED or any WATTS meter. This will allow you to measure exactly how much power your system is producing; aim for at least 5-7 WATTS for optimal performance. If power readings don’t meet this level, adjustments may need to be made in order to increase the efficiency of your generator. Additionally, doing regular maintenance checks on your system will help to keep it running at optimal levels and reduce any potential risk of future issues arising from using an insufficiently powered hho generator.

❄️❄️❄️❄️ In cold weather below 0°C/ 32°F, if your driving time is less than 45 minutes, we do not recommend using any power-intensive saving devices, which sometimes consume up to 100w (about 8A from the battery). The alternator, already burdened with charging a cold battery operating at 60-80% capacity, faces double strain, leading to increased fuel consumption proportional to the added load from electronic devices.

❄️❄️❄️❄️ We do not recommend using 100% pure hydrogen technology in winter below -5°C/32°F. If you have two weeks or months of freezing weather, drive without it.

An alternative is to simply remove the H2 kit from the vehicle and store it in above freezing temperatures during the winter, especially if the journey to work takes less than 15 minutes. The engine won't have enough time to warm up, resulting in 100% higher fuel consumption and minimal reduction in fuel economy. Read 5 tips for winter click here.

Before plugging the fuse or starting the engine, ensure that the hose is not blocked by ice, a wrong one-way valve position, or a broken hose caused by improper installation. Blocking the output for hho gas irreversible destroys the H2 kit main unit and cannot be replaced for free or refunded!!

For proper installation and operation of the kit, you can send us pictures or a short video before starting the engine to guarantee the warranty. If the damage is caused by improper installation or modification, the contract becomes void. We are always happy to advise for free

  • TUG TEST Clear PTFE Hose at each fitting. If it separates from the connector, it must be re-fitted by pushing 8mm of exactly hose minimum firmly into the joint.

  • RE TUG TEST Albright hose fittings if any failures occurred.

  • Installation 1/4" BSPT or NPT fitting for the pneumatic hose to deliver hho gas 7W before the Air intake and before MAF sensor as in Lexus and Mercedes videos ( we do not recommend behind MAF sensor): The screw tap can be BSPT or NPT 1/4 "-19, drill size 29/64 inch or 11.5 mm. If you do not have a screw tap, drill a hole larger than 11.8 mm and use a red or black sealant to seal the engine head.

  • Re-start the engine, and: Check that the hho generator is generating bubbles of hho gas and in the bubbler's clear window.

  • Re-check that the PTFE pipe from the top of the bubbler is still installed inside the engine air intake pipe before air filter box at the front bottom of the battery, almost as far as the air filter housing.

  • Gently TUG TEST all the wiring connections and plugs & Check that no wires or hoses are too short. Ensure sufficient insulation is stripped to make a good connection with the copper core of the cables.

  • CAREFULLY close the hood gently and slowly, and check that clearance exists (5mm Minimum) between the hood and any fittings, components, and wiring.

  • For proper installation and operation of the kit, you can send us pictures or a short video before starting the engine to guarantee the warranty. If the damage is caused by improper installation or modification, contract becomes void. We are always happy to advise for free.

  • Test drive your vehicle for a minimum of 10 Km and optimal 150km with EFIE chips.

  • Switch off the engine, apply the parking brake, Open the Engine bay hood, and inspect the installation for secure mounting of all components, loose bolts, insecure hose routing, vulnerable wire routing, and unstable plug connection to the wiring.

  • Re-start the engine and check Gas bubbles are being generated, as viewed in the hho generator window.

  • NOTICE: CHECK YOU HAVE CERTAINLY PLUGGED THE RIGHT HAND (Blue push end cap OD 8mm) SIDE OF THE GENERATOR

  • How to drive economically and achieve the same maximum fuel economy with  ADVANCED iX PREDATOR as in our videos?

It is essential to ride radically economical with a light foot, just like in the videos. A minimum current of say 5-7 watts at about 0.5 A@14V is required. Otherwise there is little, no benefit or may be worse due to a contradiction in the law of thermodynamics.

Every vehicle, even of the same type and year, is unique, so it all depends on the owner and the condition of the vehicle. We therefore recommend finding a suitable location for the HHO gas supply. We recommend the HHO inlet before the air filter with 7 watts or later with more watts after the MAF sensor, if necessary. This will ensure the purity of the intake gas with air neutralization. If the vehicle control unit correctly evaluates all the data from input to output sensors in the exhaust everything is better. In some cases, changing the position of the HHO inlet after the MAF sensor in the intake manifold will help customers, resulting in an increase in dynamics, but the reduction in consumption may be minimal or worse.

Tips on how to maximize engine efficiency with the iX H2 KIT + HHO CHIP EFIE:

If you want to double your mileage with H2 gas and EFIE chip 3, following the guidelines in this content is essential. Specifically, you should only use 3-7 watts of H2 gas and no more, as anything more will only worsen the situation. Additionally, it would help if you tried to keep your speed at around 74-80 km/h like TESLA S to get the most out of your H2 gas. If the range on the dash starts to decrease, we recommend using the new REDUCE ENGINE FRICTION tubes and HHO with 12 watts for maximum fuel economy or 22 watts for low smoke, odorless and low emissions.

Would a larger unit be preferable to a smaller unit? More H2 gas, more fuel-saving?
Adding more H2 gas can increase the moisture in the exhaust emission recirculation line with the EGR valve and inflate the carbonisation and intake blockage tremendously, especially in EURO 5-6-7 engines, which will cause a reduction in power and an increase in fuel consumption.

When burning H2 gas, the only byproduct is pure water! If you burn an extreme amount of H2 gas there will be a lot of water in the exhaust manifold and corrosion will cause the muffler to be replaced more often.

Watch video: Is more H2 gas better or not? We did a fuel consumption test.

If you don't have access to an DYNO test, it's still possible to optimize your fuel consumption by driving at the most fuel-efficient speed and using cruise control. Conducting tests at 74 km/h on roads and 100 km/h on motorways can be helpful, especially if your vehicle has a 5-speed automatic transmission.

When using a VP15, or VP16 device, you can enable all its functions to add power for activities like drifting. However, it's important to note that you might achieve better results without increasing power. When using an HHO chip, it's recommended to adopt a gentler driving style to ensure optimal fuel savings and efficiency.

In cold weather, when the engine is cold, it may take more time for negative ion tubes to receive infrared radiation from the engine. This is because the engine needs to warm up before it can emit sufficient heat. During this period, the vehicle's performance and efficiency may be temporarily reduced. It's essential to allow the engine to warm up adequately before expecting optimal performance from the negative ion tubes or other components reliant on the engine's heat.

Let's say you get the best fuel consumption between 94 or 97 km of driving at same speed. HHO works with the HHO chip that searches for the best performance of your engine. Not all gears have the same engine power, and therefore consumption varies. Turn off all electrical appliances and lights and start looking for which watts are more suitable for your economical driving style in the highest gear. The same applies in the city. 47 or 50 km/h.

Try to drive where it is prescribed (100km) to drive 94 km/h or where it is (80) 74 km/h with HHO CHIP 1, 80-100-120km/h with 5 watts basic iX H2 KIT + Power of Ions + EFIE HHO CHIP. It always works with top gears and the best engine power and torque.
  • Do not use cruise control in mounting. This function worsens consumption, especially in mountainous terrain.

  • If you have an automatic gearbox with Tiptronic, always use a higher gear with a minimum speed of around 1200-1350rpm

  • Always drive, keeping in mind that you have the last litre in the tank and the nearest gas station is 50 km away.

  • As you drive with more experience, you can achieve your first fuel efficiency record in the best way.

  • From now on, you'll know what speed and driving style are best to get the maximum benefit from the engine's performance.

  • New bio components in diesel fuel are worse for engine operation, so we recommend cleaning the injectors once in a while by pouring a special liquid purchased in car parts shop into the tank. They can help restart the functionality of the injectors.

  • Whenever the fuel consumption returns to normal, press the reset button in the EFIE HHO chip at a temperature of 80°C. I already do it every time I fill up with winter diesel, where there are many bio ingredients from corn and the quality of the fuel dropped rapidly. Diesel is now labeled B5, B7, B12, B15 and the plan is up to B30, which means 30% corn. I recommend using the injector cleaner every three months as per the instructions. This always takes place in states of war as it has been since 1920 throughout Europe.

  • DISCOVER THE ULTIMATE CARBON CLEANING SOLUTION: UNLEASH YOUR ENGINE'S TRUE POTENTIAL!

To enhance fuel efficiency, we recommend that customers intensively clean the carbon buildup in the engines of vehicles with H2 or older HHO systems during each oil change interval using a power input of 50-100 W. Once the water level drops and the sensor deactivates the hydrogen system, the vehicle automatically operates without hydrogen. This method of carbon cleaning can significantly improve engine performance and fuel savings without the constant use of H2 or HHO systems and the need for frequent water refills.

Basically, in winter conditions, when the fuel is of poorer quality, the fuel efficiency is different than in summer with lower fuel consumption. Also more frequent use of lights, wipers, window heaters, seats, steering wheel increases consumption and it is difficult to solve as the alternator works more and puts a huge strain on a sometimes already old battery with a lack of capacity. This can be easily solved by reducing the speed by 1-5km/hr to get the desired fuel economy.

It is normal for fuel consumption to jump by +1 or +3 litres in winter? Yes. We recommend using heaters as little as possible, reduce speed and accelerating with effective braking, and refuelling with higher octane fuels. The regular octane rating for diesel in Ireland is 51 and Plus 54, and for petrol 95 with Plus 97%. The best is V-POWER SHELL 100 but it is not available in every country.

  • In case the situation doesn't allow you to drive drastically economically, customers can solve it with an electronic fuel injection called EFIE CHIP 1,2,3 and upgrade fuel quality by POWER of IONS and NEUTRALIZE POSITIVE IONS AND CHARGE IN COMBUSTION CHAMBER, REDUCE ENGINE FRICTION, FUEL MOLECULES ACELERATOR AND ALTERNATOR RELIEF Optimization.
